Steve and Mary Ann are great! As a Mortgage Broker, I have had several inspections done for homeowners and they were able to save them alot of money on insurance, and were able to find a problem with an AC unit, which was fixed before my buyer purchased the property-thank you! They are also fast! We have the inpection reports within just an hour or so after the inspection!

Allstate had dropped us along with everyone else in Florida. We were informed by our mortgage company that we had to have insurance by December 21st or else! Merry Christmas right?

I was really concerned about the availablity of insurance because our house is wood frame and built in 1946. Not many companies insure houses past 35 years old. I really suggest everyone check their insurance policies to see if they are getting wind mitigation discounts. If not, your probably throwing your money away! Get an inspection! Save some money!
